VISION
The Extension and Linkages Office eagerly takes on its role as an agent of social change by forging synergistic relationships between and among partner institutions, and providing its students and employees with socially transformative experiences through a community empowering extension.
MISSION
The Extension and Linkages Office, a dynamic service-oriented sector of CCC, provides capability enhancement to the community, industry, academe and related sectors, through collaborative partnership, community empowering extension, technology transfer, and continuing education and training to contribute significantly to the attainment of the national development goals
Community Extension Service Thrust and Priorities
The College shall pursue extension service programs, activities, and projects that will enable the institutions, industries and communities, particularly the depressed and underserved, to achieve sustainable development through the following:
I. Community Extension Services

II. To establish linkage and network with the academe, industries, relevant government and non-government organizations, alumni, parents and other stakeholders through partnerships and collaboration.

The College will continue to be responsive to the needs of the different sectors of the industry and community with which it interacts. It shall consolidate the roles of the Office of the Extension Services and develop a strategic plan that provides a framework for institutional and industry linkage and community engagement with particular emphasis on meaningful poverty alleviation programs and provision of expert services needed by the communities in the service areas.
Establishing Linkages
- The possible cooperating agencies shall be identified and functional linkages shall be established.
- In the selection of agencies to be involved in the extension program, preference shall be given to those that are already engaged in extension and rural development work in the locality and those that could provide technical expertise and financial assistance.
- To promote harmonious working relationships among the cooperating agencies and organization, each of these agencies shall be involved in the planning, implementation and evaluation process.
- Each project to be undertaken shall be covered by a MOA wherein the specific duties and responsibilities of each agency are fully defined.
Development Plans
- Expand the pool of companies involved in the program.
- Develop a mechanism for sharing expertise and resources between the College and the companies for mutual benefit (e.g. joint research and projects).
- Explore new and develop existing areas of linkage activities.
